Elena is dedicate to her client’s success by overcoming obstacles with creative and cost effective solutions.
Elena is an active member of RESA and Board Member of the RESA Baltimore Chapter.

Charisma home staging has a protogenic approach to the industry, looking to offer an unparalleled selling experience with a great return to it's customers investment.
Each home staging design is custom tailored for every property as Elena is not aiming for high volume and profit through cheap and quick staging implementations. She spends a lot of time looking at each property & working on a detailed plan selecting each individual piece carefully for every space. Her customers understand the value of her work and that is why most of her business comes from returning clients & referrals.

EXPERIENCE

Charisma home staging is a boutique home staging & decor company Elena took over in January 2020 after working with Chara Rontouli Bacher for several years. Elena brings her creativity to every project and has an expert eye for the little details.

Charisma was established in 2017, after Chara’s & Elena’s 4 year partnership with Interior Home Decorators ended. While working with IHD Chara was managing all aspects of the business & won the 2016 Best of Baltimore Home Stager award by Baltimore Magazine.

Charisma currently serving the Baltimore Metropolitan area, Virginia & Washington DC.
